Toronto celebrity chef Sang Kim teaches the basics of sushi-making. Participants make sushi rolls using ingredients prepared by the Chef and eat their own creations. A brief history of sushi, its origins and eating etiquette will also be shared.​

This is an in-person program for teens in Grades 7-12.
